Sarah Elia, M, PT

Graduate of American International College: B.S. in Biology in 1998 and Master's in Physical Therapy in 1999. She recently completed coursework in Craniosacral Therapy and in treating urinary incontinence. Sarah is a skilled manual therapist using techniques including muscle energy, myofascial release, and Mulligan joint mobilization. She emphasizes the importance of exercise and proper body mechanics when developing solid treatment programs.
